Dipping (Immersion): This is the most highly recommended method for water displacement. Submerging the wet components allows the fluid to completely penetrate all crevices and forcefully displace the water, which then drops to the bottom of the dip tank.
Spraying: Suitable for large surface areas or stationary equipment where dipping is not feasible. Ensure even coverage across the entire metal surface.
Brushing: Can be applied manually for localized rust protection on specific machinery parts.

Operational Note: When using the dipping method, ensure that the application tanks have a sloped bottom and a drain valve. This allows operators to easily and periodically drain the displaced water that accumulates at the base of the tank, maintaining the fluid’s efficiency.
