Usage notes
Isolate power or gas utilities and drain residual water. For storage geysers, introduce diluted chemical (1:2 to 1:4 with water depending on scale thickness) through the top outlet or element port and allow 60 to 120 minutes dwell time with open venting. For instant geysers, circulate a 1:2 to 1:3 dilution through the heat exchanger loop via a chemical pump for 30 to 45 minutes until bubbling ceases. Drain spent chemical and flush continuously with fresh potable water for 10 to 15 minutes until neutral pH is confirmed before restarting.

ALKEMIST™ Geyser Descaler Liquid is an industrial-strength, multi-acid chemical descaling formulation engineered to rapidly dissolve heavy limescale, calcium carbonate deposits, magnesium incrustations, and rust from water heaters and household plumbing lines. Over time, hard water mineral deposits form thick thermal insulation barriers inside heating coils and storage vessels, leading to restricted water pressure, prolonged heating times, abnormal boiling noises, and excessive gas or electricity consumption.

Application & Dosage Instructions
- Standard Maintenance: Dilute 1:3 to 1:5 with fresh water. Soak or circulate through the lines/coils for 30 to 60 minutes. Flush thoroughly with water until the discharge is neutral.
- Heavy Scale Formations: Apply neat (undiluted) or mix at a 1:1 dilution ratio. Circulate or soak until carbon dioxide effervescence and bubbling stop.
- Post-Treatment Disposal: Neutralize spent descaler solution with clean water or dilute soda ash prior to draining.
Handling, Storage & Safety Precautions
- Required PPE: Wear chemical-resistant gloves (nitrile or rubber), safety goggles, and protective footwear before pouring, handling, or diluting this product.
- Ventilation: Avoid breathing vapours, mist, or spray; apply exclusively in well-ventilated areas.
- Chemical Incompatibility: Never mix with chlorine bleach, caustic soda, ammonia, or any other household cleaners, as toxic and hazardous gases may be released.
- Storage Conditions: Keep the container upright and tightly capped in a dry, ventilated area maintained between 10°C and 35°C, away from direct sunlight.
