1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.
• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
• The chemical does not meet the stated specifications in the Certificate of Analysis (COA).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used chemicals and reagents.
• Custom-blended or special-order chemicals.
• Items without original packaging or missing labels.
• Products that have been mishandled, stored improperly, or contaminated.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

1. Contact us at sale@chemist.com or call +92 315 237 2222 within 14 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, invoice, and reason for return.
3. Our team will assess your request and approve eligible returns.
4. Once approved, securely package the item and ship it back to our designated return center.
5. After inspection, we will process a refund or replacement within 7-10 business days.

4. Refund Policy

• Full Refund – If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
• Partial Refund – If the item is returned with missing components or signs of misuse.
• Return Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect products. For other returns, the customer bears the shipping expense.

5. Cancellations & Order Modifications

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

6. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. If an identical replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product or a full refund.
