Return Eligibility

  • Quote-based, custom-packed, hazardous, sensitive, or regulated chemicals are generally non-returnable unless confirmed defective or incorrectly supplied.
  • Opened, used, tampered, contaminated, or improperly stored materials are not eligible for return.
  • Instrument returns may require serial-number verification and inspection before acceptance.

Claims and Review

  • Damage, shortage, or wrong-item claims should be submitted quickly with invoice details, batch or model reference, and supporting photographs.
  • Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, store credit, service support, or limited refund according to supply condition.

Non-Return Cases

  • No refund is issued for incorrect customer specifications, order changes after dispatch, or restricted-material handling issues outside supplier control.
  • Freight, duty, and handling expenses may be non-refundable unless confirmed as supplier error.
